INSURANCE BUILDERS
We currently work with the following insurance builders.
CW Little Builders
Liebke & Bold Design Kitchens
Proline Builders
The work orders sent by the builders will always be attached to the job, these contain information such as the job address, work to be completed, site supervisor, owner/tenant details/ lockbox code and location.
You will find the work order in the job diary, when you click on it the work order will open.
First visit – Disconnection.
Attend site, take photo from the entrance to the room, take photo of the plumbing to be disconnected from outside of the cabinetry and then inside the cabinetry.
Disconnect and cap off the water using either brass caps, plugs or grey caps.
If there are valves and copperwork that can be reused, set aside in a safe place for reconnection.
Disconnect the trap and empty out into a bucket or outside.
If necessary cut back the waste so that they will be able to remove the cabinetry and reinstall, this usually means removing any bends. Leave enough pipe to join onto at fitoff. Duct tape riser to prevent smells coming out of the pipe.
Turn water back on and check for leaks.
Take photos of disconnected pipework and take another photo from the doorway when leaving to show how we have left the area. These photos are for proof that we do not cause any damage when carrying out our work which has happened on more than one occasion.
If you are not reattending the same day for reconnection invoice for disconnection.
Invoicing instructions at bottom of this page.

LIEBKE LABOUR RATE - $46.75/half hour
This work is charged out at a labour rate of $62.50/ half hour and materials at Reece CMP Price. These figures get inputted when invoicing using the line items already on the servicem8 job.
Customer extras.
Any other fittings or valves needed will need to be discussed with the supervisor to see if they are covered in the work order or if the customer needs to pay for them.
If the customer needs to pay for them then a second job with their details needs to be created and the work quoted through FLATRATENOW.
Because you are on site already you should discount the labour to what the job will take you.
Invoicing
When invoicing, follow this procedure.
Change quantity of the line items to match the work completed.
If you needed to use any materials that are to be charged to the builder and not the customer (discussed with site supervisor) use the Reece MAX app to find the CMP pricing.
Make sure the cart is empty before you start adding items.
Use the Market Price (CMP)
Add the Reece Market price into the Unit Price section.
